  • Providing access to the FluxHire.AI multi-agent recruitment platform
  • Processing recruitment data and ranking candidates with auditable AI agents

  • Customer support, onboarding and technical assistance

Related secondary purposes

  • Improving the Services, training detection models for safety and security
  • Security monitoring and fraud prevention (APP 11)
  • Aggregated, de-identified market analysis
  • Direct marketing where permitted under APP 7 (and always with an opt-out)

Legal and regulatory obligations

  • Complying with the Privacy Act 1988 and Fair Work Act 2009 obligations

Candidate and customer personal information is hosted on Australian infrastructure (AWS Sydneyap-southeast-2) by default. Where we engage offshore service providers (for example, transactional email or model inference), we comply with APP 8 (Cross-border disclosure of personal information) by:

  • Taking reasonable steps to ensure the overseas recipient does not breach the APPs
  • Disclosing the country of recipient before transfer where practicable
  • Using contractual safeguards equivalent to Australian standards
  • Obtaining your consent where the APPs require it (APP 8.2(b))

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide our Services to you
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

Direct-marketing opt-out (APP 7)

Opt out of any direct marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Complain to the OAIC

Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you believe we have breached the APPs.

EU / UK rights (where applicable)

Where your data is also subject to GDPR, equivalent rights to erasure, restriction, portability and objection apply.
