Jobli integration · Connect

Jobli integration for recruitment agencies. Your team approves the work.

Native Jobli integration. Agents draft from your Jobli records; your team approves.

Monday, 8.50am: a client wants to know where the shortlist is up to, and it all sits in Jobli.

In short

The FluxHire Jobli integration lets Australian recruitment agencies put AI agents to work on their Jobli records. Candidates, contacts, companies, jobs, applications and placements sync into FluxHire with their notes. Agents answer questions and draft updates, notes and record fixes, and every proposed change waits for a person to approve it.

01Overview

What do AI agents for Jobli records change on your desk?

The FluxHire Jobli integration is a native integration that brings your Jobli records into FluxHire, where AI agents answer questions and draft the work, and your team approves it.

  1. Getting your records into FluxHire

    The manual way

Retype candidates, jobs and client details into a second tool before it can help.

    With the agent

Candidates, contacts, companies, jobs, applications and placements sync into FluxHire with their notes, so nobody types a record in again.

  2. Answering a pipeline question

    The manual way

Open the job, click through each application and piece together where the shortlist is up to.

    With the agent

Ask in plain English. The answer comes from your synced Jobli records, and each name links back to its record so you can check the source.

  3. Finding past candidates

    The manual way

Search by memory and keyword for people you shortlisted or placed in earlier rounds.

    With the agent

Ask for people who fit the brief. The agents search your synced Jobli candidates and return each one linked to its record.

  4. Drafting a client update

    The manual way

Write the hiring manager an update from scratch, checking each candidate’s stage as you go.

    With the agent

Ask for the update. The agents draft it from the job and its applications, and nothing reaches the client until a person approves the send.

  5. Keeping records tidy

    The manual way

Add a note to each application by hand after every client call, and fix stale statuses one at a time.

    With the agent

The Records Keeper prepares the notes or fixes as a proposed change and holds it for approval. Agents cannot delete records.

  6. Knowing what AI did

    The manual way

No clear trail of what changed on a record, who approved it or why.

    With the agent

Every AI-planned action is written to a tamper-evident audit log, hash-chained so tampering shows.

  1. The agent drafts

Reads your synced Jobli records, answers in plain English and drafts updates, notes and record fixes.

  2. You decide

Review each proposed change, then approve, edit or reject it. Nothing is written until someone approves.

  3. The record is kept

Each AI-planned action, from the plan to the approval, is kept in the tamper-evident audit log.

How do AI agents work with your Jobli records, step by step?

Follow one Monday request from the synced Jobli records to the approved change. Play the run, or step through it yourself.

  1. Record

    Your Jobli records, synced

  2. You ask

    Ask about the shortlist

Westbridge Health Services wants news on JOB-2440. Alex presses Cmd K and asks where the Accounts Manager shortlist is up to, for a client update and for a note on each application.Fig 0.3 · The ask
  3. Agent

    Agents draft from those records

The answer is built from the synced Jobli records, and each name opens its record. The client update and both application notes come back as drafts, so nothing has been sent or saved.Fig 0.4 · Answer and drafts
  4. You decide

    You approve the proposed change

The proposed change lists both notes before anything is written. Alex approves it at 8.53am and the notes are saved in FluxHire. Unanswered proposals expire after ten minutes, and agents cannot delete records.Fig 0.5 · Approval card
  5. Record

    Recorded in the audit log

The plan, Alex’s approval and the completed action are written to the tamper-evident audit log. Entries are hash-chained, so any later change to the record of what AI did would show.Fig 0.6 · Tamper-evident log

03Your role

What does the Jobli integration change for your role?

The same synced records and the same approval step serve every seat in the agency. Choose yours.

A day on the desk

Monday, 8.50am: Westbridge Health Services wants to know where the Accounts Manager shortlist is up to before their 10am meeting.

  • Ask from any screen with Cmd or Ctrl + K, and get an answer built from your Jobli records.
  • Each name in the answer opens its record, so you can check the source before you pick up the phone.
  • Ask for the client update and a note on each application; both arrive as drafts for you to edit.

What stays yours

What the client reads, and what is written to each record.

04Guardrails

What will the agents never do with your Jobli records?

Jobli records sit behind the same human controls as every other record in FluxHire. Here is exactly where the line sits.

Agents can

  • Search your synced Jobli candidates, contacts, companies, jobs, applications and placements.
  • Answer pipeline questions in plain English, with each name linking back to its record.
  • Read the notes that came across with each record, so drafts reflect your history with that person.
  • Draft client updates, application notes and emails for a person to review.
  • Prepare record fixes, such as a stale status or a missing detail, as a proposed change.

Agents never, without you

  • Change a record without approval.
  • Leave a proposal open indefinitely: unanswered plans expire after ten minutes.
  • Delete a record.
  • Send a client update without a person approving the send.

Always recorded

  • AI-planned actions, in the tamper-evident audit log.
  • Each proposed change, from the plan to the approval.
  • Activity across the platform, hash-chained so tampering shows.

Works alongside your current ATS

Native integrations with JobAdder and Jobli.

For Jobli agencies, the agents answer and draft from your synced Jobli records, so every update starts from what your team already keeps in Jobli.

  • Contact Finder, Company Finder and Social work whatever ATS you run.
  • For JobAdder agencies, candidates, contacts, companies, jobs, applications and placements sync into FluxHire with their notes, so nobody types a record in again.
  • Field write-back is set up with your administrator during onboarding.
  • Records deleted in JobAdder are marked deleted in FluxHire at the next daily check.

05Questions

Questions agencies ask about the Jobli integration

Further reading

Does FluxHire replace Jobli?

No. FluxHire works alongside your current ATS, and Jobli stays the system your team already uses. Your Jobli records sync into FluxHire, where agents answer questions and draft the work, and your team approves every proposed change. Field write-back is set up with your administrator during onboarding.

Which Jobli records come across?

Candidates, contacts, companies, jobs, applications and placements sync into FluxHire with their notes, so nobody types a record in again. The agents work from that synced copy, which means answers and drafts start from what your team already keeps in Jobli. Supported records are confirmed with each team during early access.

Does anything write back to Jobli?

Field write-back is set up with your administrator during onboarding. Every change the agents prepare starts as a proposal, a person approves each one before it is saved in FluxHire, and agents cannot delete records. Tell us how your Jobli account is set up when you apply.

Can an agent change a Jobli record without approval?

No. Every change to a Jobli record starts as a proposal from the Records Keeper, listing exactly what will be written, and waits for a person to approve it. A proposal nobody answers expires after ten minutes, agents cannot delete records, and during early access record edits are made by people holding the records editor permission.

What if we also use JobAdder?

FluxHire has a native JobAdder integration as well. The same records and the same human controls apply: records sync into FluxHire with their notes, agents draft from them, and your team approves every proposed change. Read about the native JobAdder integration, and tell us which systems you run when you apply.

Is our Jobli data handled safely?

Jobli records sit behind the same controls as every other record in FluxHire. Agents propose changes that a person approves, cannot delete records, and every AI-planned action is written to a tamper-evident audit log. Read how FluxHire handles security and the privacy policy, and ask for your own review during early access.

How is pricing set?

Custom pricing, based on your needs. Supported records, integrations and review steps are confirmed with each team during early access, so the Jobli integration is set up around the way your agency already works. Apply for early access and tell us which desks and records you want to start with.
