Global AI Centre · Orchestrate

AI recruiting agents, one shortcut away. You approve what changes.

Ask from any screen. Agents build campaigns, publish posts and clean up records; you approve.

Monday, 8.40am: “Which of my placements start this month?”

In short

The Global AI Centre is where Australian recruitment agencies ask FluxHire’s AI recruiting agents for help in plain English. Specialist agents answer questions, set up email and drip campaigns, publish social posts and clean up records. Record changes wait for approval, posts and campaigns go out only when a person confirms, and every AI-planned action is recorded.

Teal marks a decision your team makes.

01Overview

What changes on your desk with the Global AI Centre?

The Global AI Centre is FluxHire’s command centre for AI recruiting agents: one place to ask a question, hand off the groundwork and approve the result.

  1. Answering a question about your desk

    The manual way

Filter three screens or build a report to see who starts this month.

    With the agent

Ask in plain English. The Data Analyst answers from your synced records, and the answer links back to each one.

  2. Finding the right tool

    The manual way

Remember which screen does what, then switch between them.

    With the agent

The lead agent routes the job to the right specialist, or you pick one yourself in direct mode.

  3. Working through a harder question

    The manual way

Ask a colleague, compare notes and piece the answer together.

    With the agent

A round table puts several specialists on it at once, then an advisor review combines their answers.

  4. Setting up a campaign

    The manual way

Build the email campaign or drip sequence from a blank page.

    With the agent

Ask for it. The agents build the email campaign or drip sequence as a draft, with subject lines and copy, ready for you to launch.

  5. Posting to social

    The manual way

Write each post, then log in to Facebook and Instagram to publish it.

    With the agent

Ask for the post. The agent drafts it, and publishing or scheduling waits on a confirmation card a person presses. You can also write it yourself in the composer.

  6. Cleaning up your data

    The manual way

Fix stale fields, statuses and missing details one record at a time.

    With the agent

Ask the agents to tidy it up. The Records Keeper prepares the updates and holds them for approval; nothing is deleted.

  7. Knowing what AI did

    The manual way

No clear record of who changed what, or why.

    With the agent

AI-planned actions are written to a tamper-evident audit log.

  1. The agent drafts

Routes the request, answers from your records, builds campaigns and drafts record changes.

  2. You decide

Approve, edit or reject. A proposed record change is written only once someone approves it.

  3. The record is kept

AI-planned actions land in the tamper-evident audit log.

02Watch it work

How do the AI recruiting agents work, step by step?

Follow one real request from the question to the approved change. Play the run, or step through it yourself.

  1. You ask

    Ask in plain English

Alex presses Cmd K on the screen they are already on and asks which placements start this month, with a check-in note on each.Fig 0.2 · The command palette
  2. Agent

    The lead agent hands off

The lead agent splits the job. The Data Analyst reads the synced placements while the Records Keeper prepares the notes, and you can see which agent is working.Fig 0.3 · Round table
  3. Agent

    Answers and drafts come back

The answer arrives as a table that links back to each record, and the check-in notes come back as drafts. Nothing has been written yet.Fig 0.4 · Answer and draft notes
  4. You decide

    You approve the change

The proposed change shows exactly what will be written. Approve, edit or reject it; an unanswered proposal expires after ten minutes, and agents cannot delete records.Fig 0.5 · Proposed change
  5. Record

    The action is recorded

Once approved, the notes are saved in FluxHire and the AI-planned action is written to the tamper-evident audit log, hash-chained so any tampering shows.Fig 0.6 · Audit log

03Your role

What does the Global AI Centre change for your role?

The same agents work for every seat in the agency. Choose yours.

A day on the desk

Monday, 8.40am: before your first call you want this month’s starters and a check-in note on each.

  • Ask from any screen with Cmd or Ctrl + K, without leaving the record you are on.
  • Answers link back to your records, so you go straight from the question to the candidate.
  • Ask for a drip sequence for your shortlist; it arrives as a draft, ready for you to launch.

What stays yours

What gets written, and when. The agents prepare the groundwork; you make the call.

04Guardrails

What will the agents never do without you?

The guardrails are part of the product, not a policy document. Here is exactly where the line sits.

Agents can

  • Search your synced records and answer questions in plain English.
  • Route a request to the right specialist, or work with the one you pick.
  • Set up email campaigns and drip sequences as drafts.
  • Draft social posts, then publish or schedule them from a confirmation card you press.
  • Prepare clean-up changes to your records, and draft notes and emails.
  • Build read-only reports.

Agents never, without you

  • Change a record without approval.
  • Keep a proposal open forever: unanswered plans expire after ten minutes.
  • Delete a record.
  • Send a campaign, activate a drip sequence or publish a social post without a person.

Always recorded

  • AI-planned actions, in the tamper-evident audit log.
  • Activity across the platform, hash-chained so tampering shows.
  • Your conversations with the agents, saved to your account.

Works alongside your current ATS

Native integrations with JobAdder and Jobli.

The agents work from your synced records, so their answers reflect what is already in your ATS.

  • Contact Finder, Company Finder and Social work whatever ATS you run.
  • For JobAdder agencies, candidates, contacts, companies, jobs, applications and placements sync into FluxHire with their notes, so nobody types a record in again.
  • Field write-back is set up with your administrator during onboarding.
  • Records deleted in JobAdder are marked deleted in FluxHire at the next daily check.

05Questions

Questions agencies ask about the Global AI Centre

Further reading

What is the Global AI Centre?

It is FluxHire’s command centre for AI recruiting agents. You open it with Cmd or Ctrl + K from any screen, ask in plain English, and a lead agent routes the request to specialist agents that search your records, answer questions and draft the work.

Will the AI recruiting agents replace my consultants?

No. The agents prepare the groundwork: answers, research and drafts. Your consultants review the work and make the calls. AI output can be wrong, and the person who acts on it is still responsible for the outcome.

Can an agent change a record without me?

No. The Records Keeper prepares the change and holds it for approval, showing exactly what will be written. Unanswered plans expire after ten minutes, agents cannot delete records, and during early access record edits are made by people holding the records editor permission.

What is a round table?

For bigger questions, several specialist agents work on the request at once, and an advisor review combines their answers into one response. You can also pick a specialist yourself in direct mode.

Can the Global AI Centre launch campaigns and social posts?

Yes, with a person in the loop. Ask for an email campaign or a drip sequence and the agents build it as a draft, with subject lines and copy; a drip sequence goes live when someone types its name, and a campaign at or above your team’s recipient threshold needs approval from someone holding the approver role. For social, ask for a post: the agent drafts it for your Facebook page and Instagram account, then publishes or schedules it only when someone presses the confirmation card. Where someone can draft but not publish, the approver must be someone else.

Can it clean up the data in our system?

Yes, with your approval. Ask the agents to fix stale fields, statuses or missing details, and the Records Keeper prepares the updates as a proposed change for you to approve. Agents cannot delete records, and during early access record edits are made by people holding the records editor permission.

Does it work with my ATS?

Yes. FluxHire works alongside your current ATS, with native integrations with JobAdder and Jobli. The agents work from your synced records, and field write-back is set up with your administrator during onboarding. Read about the native JobAdder integration.

Is what the agents do recorded?

Yes. AI-planned actions are written to a tamper-evident audit log whose entries are hash-chained, and your conversations with the agents are saved to your account.
