Recruitment email marketing, straight from the Global AI Centre. Approved before it sends.

Ask once and AI builds the campaign as a draft. Prefer hands-on? Use the drag-and-drop editor.

Your monthly hot-candidates email to your client list, on brand and signed off.

In short

FluxHire’s recruitment email marketing lets Australian recruitment agencies ask the Global AI Centre for a campaign from any screen. AI builds the branded template, links your list and saves it as a draft, and AI Studio drafts inside the editor too. Building by hand stays optional. Larger campaigns need an approver before they send.

01Overview

What changes when you run email campaigns for recruiters in FluxHire?

FluxHire email marketing builds recruitment campaigns with AI: ask the Global AI Centre or AI Studio for a draft, or adjust it yourself in the drag-and-drop editor. Your team checks it, and larger campaigns are signed off by an approver before they go out through FluxHire Mail.

  1. Starting a campaign

    The manual way

Find a free hour to set up the template, the list and the copy.

    With FluxHire

Press Cmd or Ctrl + K on any screen and ask for the campaign. The Global AI Centre builds the branded template, links your list and saves it as a draft. AI Studio can also draft from a brief inside the editor.

  2. Changing the layout

    The manual way

Open last month’s email, copy it and rewrite every section by hand.

    With FluxHire

If you want to, drag text, images, buttons and columns into place, or start from a template in the gallery. Every block AI drafted can be moved, edited or deleted.

  3. Featuring roles and people

    The manual way

Paste job details and candidate summaries into a text block, then fix the formatting.

    With FluxHire

Drop in job, candidate and recruiter cards, or pick roles from your open jobs for AI Studio to feature.

  4. Putting together the monthly newsletter

    The manual way

Copy the latest blog post and each job ad into a template, one paste at a time.

    With FluxHire

The newsletter builder reads a blog post link and your job page links, drafts a short article summary for you to edit, and creates a draft template.

  5. Staying on brand

    The manual way

Check fonts, colours and the signature by eye before every send.

    With FluxHire

Your settings in Settings > Brand are applied when the email renders, so fonts, colours and the footer signature stay consistent.

  6. Checking before it goes

    The manual way

Send yourself a test and hope you spot the problem before your clients do.

    With FluxHire

Pre-send checks flag a missing subject, missing sender details or a long preheader, and previews show desktop, tablet and mobile.

  7. Choosing a subject line

    The manual way

Guess which subject line will land, then send it to everyone.

    With FluxHire

Set up an A/B test on the subject line or the send time, judged on opens or clicks.

  8. Getting sign-off

    The manual way

Forward a draft round the office and lose track of who approved what.

    With FluxHire

A campaign at or above your team’s recipient threshold needs someone holding the approver role, and editing re-opens approval.

  1. The agent drafts

When you ask, in AI Studio or the Global AI Centre, AI drafts a campaign or rewrites a section, always as a draft.

  2. You decide

Check every word, adjust any block if you want, run the checks, then send it or submit it for approval.

  3. The record is kept

Approvals are recorded against the campaign, and an edit after approval re-opens it.

02Watch it work

How does a recruitment newsletter go from one ask to an approved send?

Follow one monthly client email from a single ask in the Global AI Centre to the approval, with an optional pass in the editor.

  1. You ask

    Ask the Global AI Centre

Monday, 8.40am. Alex presses Cmd K and asks for this month’s hot-candidates email. The email specialist asks which list it is for, then saves the branded template and audience as a draft.Fig 0.2 · Global AI Centre
  2. You build

Adjust it in the editor, if you want

Alex opens the draft in the drag-and-drop editor and drags in a recruiter card. Building by hand is optional: every block can be moved, edited or deleted, or left as AI drafted it.Fig 0.3 · Drag-and-drop editor
  3. Agent

    AI Studio tightens the copy

Alex asks AI Studio for a shorter intro, and it rewrites only that section. The pre-send checks pass on the subject line, sender details and email size, and the mobile preview looks right.Fig 0.4 · Refine and pre-send checks
  4. You decide

    An approver signs it off

Alex does not hold the approver role, so the campaign is submitted for approval. Nadia, an approver, reviews it from the approvals queue and approves it. Any edit now would re-open approval.Fig 0.5 · Approval
  5. Record

    Recorded, then sent

The approval is recorded against the campaign with who approved it and when. The email renders in the agency’s brand and goes out through FluxHire Mail, leaving out unsubscribed and bounced addresses.Fig 0.6 · Campaign activity

03Your role

What does recruitment email marketing change for your role?

The same editor and the same approval rules work for every seat in the agency. Choose yours.

A day on the desk

Monday, 8.40am: your monthly hot-candidates email to your client list needs to go out this week.

  • Ask the Global AI Centre for the campaign instead of reworking last month’s copy, and adjust blocks in the editor only if you want to.
  • Drop candidate cards into the email and edit each summary before anyone sees it.
  • Merge fields address each client by name, and the preview shows exactly what they will see.

What stays yours

Every word, every candidate you feature and the moment you send or submit it.

04Guardrails

What will email marketing never do without you?

Sign-off and checks are part of sending, not a policy document. Here is exactly where the line sits.

Agents can

  • Draft a full template from a brief in AI Studio, with a subject line and copy.
  • Make the change you ask for, or rewrite a single section of the draft.
  • Build a newsletter draft from a blog post link and your job page links.
  • Fill merge fields and preview the email as a real recipient on desktop, tablet and mobile.
  • Run pre-send checks on the subject, sender details, preheader and email size.
  • Schedule a campaign, or A/B test the subject line or the send time.

Agents never, without you

  • Send anything from AI Studio: it drafts, and nothing is sent from there.
  • Send a campaign at or above your team’s recipient threshold without approval from someone holding the approver role.
  • Keep an approval after the campaign is edited: editing re-opens approval.
  • Email addresses that have unsubscribed, bounced or sit on your suppression list.

Always recorded

  • Who approved each campaign, and when.
  • Requests for changes, and approvals that were withdrawn.
  • Opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes for each campaign.

Works alongside your current ATS

Native integrations with JobAdder and Jobli.

AI Studio can feature roles from your synced open jobs, so the email matches what is already in your ATS.

  • Contact Finder, Company Finder and Social work whatever ATS you run.
  • For JobAdder agencies, candidates, contacts, companies, jobs, applications and placements sync into FluxHire with their notes, so nobody types a record in again.
  • Field write-back is set up with your administrator during onboarding.
  • Records deleted in JobAdder are marked deleted in FluxHire at the next daily check.

05Questions

Questions agencies ask about recruitment email marketing

Further reading

What is recruitment email marketing in FluxHire?

It is FluxHire’s AI-first campaign builder for recruitment teams. Ask the Global AI Centre for a campaign and it builds the template and audience as a draft, AI Studio drafts inside the editor, and you can adjust any email yourself from text, image, button, column, job, candidate and recruiter blocks. Your team edits, checks and schedules the campaign, it goes out through FluxHire Mail, and larger campaigns need an approver first.

Could a campaign send something nobody has seen?

No. AI Studio only drafts, and nothing is sent from there. A person builds and sends every campaign, people without the approver role submit theirs for approval, and a campaign at or above your team’s recipient threshold needs approval from someone holding the approver role. Editing a campaign after approval re-opens it.

What about spam and consent?

Every send leaves out addresses that have unsubscribed, bounced or sit on your suppression list, and if that check cannot run, the send stops. Pre-send checks ask for your sender details, and an unsubscribe link is added when an email has none. Consent still depends on how each address was collected. Read about consent, suppression and send review.

Will every email stay on brand?

Yes, by default. Your agency’s settings in Settings > Brand are applied when an email renders: fonts, button and link colours, and the footer signature. A colour or font an author chose on purpose is kept, and previews use the same rules, so what you see in the editor is what is sent.

Can I create a campaign from the Global AI Centre?

Yes. Press Cmd or Ctrl + K on any screen and ask for a campaign. The email specialist asks which of your lists it is for, then saves a complete draft: a branded template linked to the campaign and its audience. It never sends. You open the draft in the editor, check it, and send it or submit it for approval.

Can I build emails without AI?

Yes. AI Studio is optional. Start from a template in the gallery or a new email with your branded footer, drag in the blocks you need and edit them in place, with undo when you change your mind. Preview the email on desktop, tablet and mobile and send yourself a test before it goes out.

Can I edit everything before it goes out?

Yes. Every block, whether you placed it or AI Studio drafted it, can be edited, moved or deleted in the editor, and you can ask AI Studio for a change or to rewrite a single section. Preview the email on desktop, tablet and mobile, send yourself a test, and fix anything the pre-send checks flag before you send or submit it.

Do I have to leave my ATS?

No. FluxHire works alongside your current ATS, with native integrations with JobAdder and Jobli. AI Studio can feature roles from your synced open jobs, and field write-back is set up with your administrator during onboarding. Read about the native JobAdder integration.
